Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use only the cookies needed to run the website and the learning platform. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not currently use third-party analytics. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Cookies we set
- Session cookie (learning platform): keeps you signed in after you log in. Essential. Expires when the session ends or when you sign out.
- Language cookie (website and platform): remembers the language you chose so pages and emails are shown in it. Preference. Kept for up to 12 months.
- Admin session cookie (website): used only by our editors when signed in to update content. Essential. Not set for visitors.
Similar technologies
The learning platform may use your browser’s local storage to remember interface preferences such as your chosen language. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will stop you from staying signed in to the learning platform. Instructions for common browsers are available from their makers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each publish a guide under "cookies" in their help pages.
Third-party content
Some lessons may embed video hosted by a third party. When you play an embedded video, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. We choose providers that offer privacy-enhanced embedding where available.
