These terms are an agreement between you and Centre for Neurodivergence [legal entity name and ABN to be confirmed] ("the Centre", "we", "us"). They apply to this website and to the learning platform where our courses are delivered. By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Who can use the platform
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal and are not to be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Courses and access
- Free courses can be started at any time after you create an account.
- Paid courses are unlocked once payment has been received. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
- Access to a course continues for the period stated on the course page, or for as long as the Centre operates the platform if no period is stated.
- We may update, replace or retire course content to keep it accurate. Where a paid course is withdrawn before you have had a reasonable opportunity to complete it, we will offer an equivalent course or a refund.
Refunds
You have the rights that the Australian Consumer Law gives you, including where a course is not as described or is not delivered. In addition, if you have not completed more than the first module of a paid course you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
Intellectual property
Course videos, written lessons, worksheets and other material are owned by the Centre or licensed to it. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, share, sell or publish them, or use them to deliver training to others, without our written permission.

- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other people’s accounts.
- Do not upload or post anything unlawful, abusive, or that identifies a child without the consent of their parent or guardian.
- Do not use the platform to give or solicit clinical advice.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Where practical we will warn you first.
Educational nature of the service
Our courses are general education, not clinical services. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will give account holders at least 14 days’ notice of changes that materially affect them. Continuing to use the platform after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State or Territory], Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Consumers outside Australia keep any protections that their local law gives them and that cannot be excluded.
